  2. S.49(3) Licensing Act 1964:- There shall be no alteration of the rules of the club without the consent of the Licensing Authority so as to authorise sales of intoxicating liquor not already authorised under the rules except such sales as permitted by S.49(4) of the Act.

  4. Indoor Sports Events:- For darts members only and visiting teams. Sponsored darts marathon.
  5. Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Recorded Music during opening hours. To be background music only.

  19. As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible numbe of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 100.
  20. All doors and windows must be closed during live music, karaoke and disco/DJ except for ingress and egress
  21. At all other times, doors and windows must be closed by 22.00 hours except for ingress and egress
  22. members and guests to be encouraged to order taxis through the bar staff. Bar staff to advise all taxis to use the club driveway and not to wait on the public highway and/or sound their horn
  23. The gate to be closed by 00.00 hours.
  24. Accompanied children allowed on the premises until 23.00 hours.
