CCTV to be in operation during the hours venue is open. The system to be kept and maintained as per manufacturer’s instructions. The CCTV images to be retained for a period of at least 28 days and to be made available to any person from the responsible authorities upon request.
An age verification scheme such as ‘PASS challenge 25’ policy to be in place at all times when the venue is in operation. Staff to be trained in this policy to ensure a consistent approach to adherence of the policy.
No child under the age of 18 shall be allowed on the premises except for pre-arranged events such as a ‘ new talent night ’.
No child under 18 shall be allowed on the premises for any reason after 2200 hours.
The licensee shall undertake a risk assessment for all events and determine upon that risk assessment whether there is a need for door supervisors to be employed. Subject to that risk assessment, should the need arise for door supervisors, then a minimum of two shall be employed.
Notices asking customers to leave the venue quietly and respectfully shall be displayed prominently at the entrance/exit of the venue. Staff shall ensure that patrons are encouraged to comply with the notices and usher the customers away from the neighbouring residential streets.
