General Conditions Crime and Disorder  The Licensee will ensure that training is provided to all staff relating to drunkenness and drug awareness.  The Licensee/DPS will actively participate in a local Pubwatch/Nightsafe scheme(s) (or similar) where such a scheme operates within the locality of the premises.  The Licensee will ensure that empty bottles and glasses are collected regularly both inside and outside the licensed premises.  The Licensee will ensure that drinking glasses are not taken off the premises during special events.  All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises. Public Safety  The Licensee will provide information to customers on local taxi services.  The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials are available on the premises. Prevention of Public Nuisance  In order to minimise disturbance to neighbours the Licensee will ensure that all external trading areas of the premises are cleared by 23:00hrs, except to allow for access and egress for smoking only until the terminal hour of the premises.  After 23:30hrs all external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, when amplified is being played, or amplified speech is taking place.  The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.  A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised office of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.  In the event that additional ventilation
