General Conditions
The Licensee will ensure that no licensable activities will be provided between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00 the following day other than to:  Residents  Bonafide guests of residents  Persons attending a bonafide function booked at least 48 hours in advance. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will maintain and enforce a security manual for the premises.
The Licensee will: Adopt a proof of age scheme Adopt a refusal register Not adopt any drink promotion activities that undermine a policy of responsible drinking
The DPS will ensure that: Training is provided to all staff on licensing law and records are kept non-alcoholic drink is available at all times on the premises. Public Safety
The Licensee will maintain and enforce a health & safety policy for the premises. Prevention of Public Nuisance
There shall be no outdoor regulated entertainment.
All windows and doors shall be kept closed other than for access and egress while live and recorded music is taking place (other than in the form of background music).
Non-amplified live music only shall be permitted at the premises.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical or other recorded entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
A responsible person shall monitor the noise levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at a reduced level.
All regulated entertainment with the exception of Film shall be finished by 23:00 hours. Protection of children from harm
