If the person seeking to purchase alcohol is unable to produce acceptable photo ID, no sale of alcohol will be permitted. Sales of alcohol must only be made by a person who has passed the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) or equivalent. As person who has not passed this award will not be permitted to sell alcohol. Refusals to sell alcohol will be recorded electronically by the till. The premises licence holder shall ensure that these records are printed and checked and signed on a weekly basis. Till prompts to be installed on tills relating to age restricted products of Alcohol and Tobacco.
