  1. Training for all staff on all aspects of Licensing Law.
  2. CCTV installed- Digital - with ability to download onto CD for Police purposes.
  3. Fire Safety equipment installed and maintained.
  4. The premises licence holder shall ensure that every individual who appears to be under 25 years of age seeking to purchase alcohol shall produce acceptable photo ID - examples include a passport, photo driving licence and PASS accredited photo ID - proving that individual to be 18 years of age or older. If the person seeking to purchase alcohol is unable to produce acceptable photo ID, no sale of alcohol will be permitted. Sales of alcohol must only be made by a person who has passed the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) or equivalent. As person who has not passed this award will not be permitted to sell alcohol. Refusals to sell alcohol will be recorded electronically by the till. The premises licence holder shall ensure that these records are printed and checked and signed on a weekly basis. Till prompts to be installed on tills relating to age restricted products of Alcohol and Tobacco.
