2) Con 1(a). Intoxicating Liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to-
a. persons taking table meals there and for the consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
3) Con 2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor-including drinking water shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

9) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainment's (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
10) Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Council, even without prior notice.
11) No external loudspeaker system shall be installed without the prior approval in writing of the Licensing Department at the Council.
