Licence conditions (18)
- 1) Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (RESTAURANT LICENCE)
- 2) Con 1(a). Intoxicating Liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to-
- a. persons taking table meals there and for the consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
- 3) Con 2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor-including drinking water shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
- 4) Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (SECTION 70 - EXTENDED HOURS ORDER)

- 7) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
- 8) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one tome in the licensed premises shall not exceed:

- Rear garden : 50
- 9) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainment's (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
- 10) Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Council, even without prior notice.
- 11) No external loudspeaker system shall be installed without the prior approval in writing of the Licensing Department at the Council.
