b) The prevention of crime and disorder 1. CCTV shall be positioned to cover the entrances and exits, and additional cameras shall be added for larger events. 2. For large events, door supervisors will be employed.
c) Public safety 1. Emergency doors shall be clearly identified by the appropriate signage. In the small hall, the emergency doors shall have push bars to open them. 2. Fire extinguishers shall be placed around the building of the correct type for the area and a fire blanket shall be kept in the kitchen. 3. All fire equipment shall be checked annually by a competent person.
d) The prevention of public nuisance 1. There shall always be supervisors on duty when licensable activities are provided.
e) The protection of children from harm 1. All members of the church in direct contact with young people shall be qualified and DBS checked. 2. Alcohol will not be on sale when young people are in the premises.
