Alcohol shall only be supplied on the Club premises to persons who are over the age of 18 years and are either members of the Club or bona fide guests of members. The prevention of crime and disorder

Provision of external CCTV, with recording, to the premises. Public safety
Escape routes and exits are signed and kept clear of obstructions.
Fire alarm with automatic sensors and manual alarm call-points is serviced annually.
Suitable fire extinguishers are provided at appropriate locations and serviced annually.
All fire doors are self-closing.
Emergency lighting system provided.
Defibrillator available to club users and the general public on front wall of clubhouse. The prevention of public nuisance
Clubhouse building located on River Wall, remote from any dwellings or other buildings.
No drinks to be taken off the premises onto the river Wall path.
During the provision of regulated entertainment, doors and windows are to be kept closed (except for ingress and egress), to reduce noise nuisance from the premises. The protection of children from harm
