General Conditions
Valid public liability insurance will be maintained.
When a marquee is erected on the pre-determined site on the plans attached at Appendix 4, the appropriate risk management steps required to comply with health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, licensing regulations for the whole of the premises will be undertaken in respect of the marquee site. The car park will be floodlit when the premises are being used for licensable activities during the hours of darkness.
The premises will be manned and supervised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Licensee will ensure that any patron appearing to be under 18 will have to provide evidence of age to purchase alcohol.
There will be controlled access to the premises between the hours of 23:00hrs and 07:00hrs for residents and those attending functions.
Non-alcoholic drink will be available at all times on the premises. Public Safety
All parts of the premises will be covered by heat and smoke alarm systems.
All fire certificates will be in place.
Risk assessments will be routinely carried out.
There will be designated first-aiders amongst staff. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that the noise level emanating from the premises remains at a reasonable level and non-intrusive to neighbours.
All windows and doors shall be kept closed, other than for access and egress, while Regulated Entertainment is taking place (other than in the form of background music).
A responsible person shall ensure the noise levels from any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby properties. Protection of Children from Harm
Suffolk Golf Union recommended risk assessments for junior members will be maintained.
Adult supervision of children under the age of 14 will be required in the premises.
