The designated premises supervisor or nominated person will be available for the duration of any event and to monitor guests for the duration of the events.
No bottles or drinks will be taken off the premises
Any person who appears drunk / aggressive will not be permitted on the premises.
Notices will be placed in prominent positions asking guest to leave quietly
A suitable evacuation plan will be set in case of emergency
We employ sufficient number of staff on the premises to cover the events ensuring there is regular training of staff. We will employ security when necessary

In order to fulfil all four licensing objectives, we will implement robust management control and staff training with particular attention to the licensing conditions.
We shall be operating a zero tolerance policy on drugs
Those attending will be invitation only guests to a function organised by those hiring the premises for an event e.g. wedding. For school functions guests list will be required. Training given to staff in crime prevention and drug awareness measures.
Measures to be agreed with the Police to reduce crime and disorder, CCTV is installed in and around the premises.
Trained security staff will be provided.
Staff trained regarding appropriate precautions to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18, the signs and symptoms of drunk persons and the refusal of sale due to intoxication.
The hirers staff will be supervising the guests at all times
Maintain arrangements with dedicated taxi, mini cabs to collect guests from premises.
A full Event Safety Management plan will be created to address any concerns raised over
operational procedures should a threat to public safety arise.

To prevent noise, the nature of the activities within the premises will be such as to impose minimum disturbance on neighbouring premises Noise management plan will be in place and implemented.
Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard to our neighbours providing a well formulated dispersal policy
Ensure that children are supervised at all times on premises.
The licensee and staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 18 for photographic ID including date of birth.
All staff will be trained in underage sales prevention on a regular basis.
A register of refused sales shall be kept and maintained on the premises.
