Licence conditions (6)

a) To remove all embedded restrictions b) No food or alcohol shall be served or consumed outside, including the balcony, after 23:00. c) Notices to be displayed in the car park and at exit doors to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. The Designated Premises Supervisor and Staff to reinforce this message verbally. d) All doors and windows to the outside, including kitchen and food preparation areas, to be closed from 23:00 except for ingress and egress. e) Children under the age of 16 to be with an accompanying adult at all times. f) When children are present, all entertainment shall be of a suitable content. g) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to (i) a member of the said club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination or application for membership was made at least two days before his admission.
(ii) a guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.
(iii) a day member of the said Club, for the duration of his membership only.
(iv) any other person authorised under the rules of the Club referred to in paragraph i) below. h) No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises except to a member in person.
(i) There shall be Rules of the Club for the election of members and a copy of such Rules and of any other Rules shall be deposited with the Licensing Section at Tandridge District Council.
(j) A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said Club shall be kept on the premises.
