CCTV will be installed with recording facilities.
Such recordings shall be retained for a period of 31 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police, such as to cover the main entrance to the premises.
CCTV warning signs to be fitted in public places.
The CCTV system must be operating at all times whilst the premises are open for licensable activity.
All equipment shall have a constant and accurate time and date generation.
The recording system will be able to capture a minimum of 4 frames per second and all recorded footage must be securely retained for a minimum of 28 days.
Records must be made on a weekly basis and kept for inspection to show that the system is functioning correctly and that data is being securely retained.
The DPS or premises manager must be able to demonstrate that the CCTV system has measures to prevent recordings being tampered with, i.e. password protected.
There shall be sufficient members of trained staff at the premises during operating hours to be able to provide viewable copies immediately to police on request when investigating allegations of offences or criminal activity.
Any images recovered must be in a viewable format on either disc or VHS.
Footage supplied in a digital format on CD or DVD will also have a copy of the CCTV system software enabled on the disc to allow playback.
In the event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Premises Licence holder/DPS MUST report the failure to Havant Police Licensing Unit within 24 hours.
Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided.
Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policy and operating procedures.
There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use by patrons.
Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the police.
The premises shall operate a proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years.
The management of the premises will liaise with police on issues of local concern and disorder.
The premises shall be an active participant in and a member of Havant District Pub watch as long as it exists, or unless by a vote of the membership, the premises are excluded from such membership.
All arranged 18th birthday parties will be subject to a written risk assessment that shall be retained and made available to the Police and Council officials.
All 18th birthday parties will have a minimum of 2 SIA door staff working the whole time the premises is open for these events.
All persons attending the party shall have given their name before on a pre-determined list with address and date of birth so this can be checked.
This list will advise that no person under the age of 18 will be allowed to be served or drink alcohol on the premises.
There shall be no drinks promotions at the premises which are inconsistent with the need to promote responsible drinking.
Members only club with a controlled buzzer or similar entry system where members must show their membership cards to gain entry.
Guest signing in book to be used for all visiting members. This should include the date members name and signature.
This should be retained and made available to Police and Council on request.
No admittance to new patrons after midnight.
To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer from time to time.
Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required.
A qualified First Aider will be available at all times.
Spillages and Breakages will be removed as soon as possible to reduce the risk to patrons and staff.
Toughened glasses will be used in the premises where appropriate.
Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition with illuminated signage.
Maximum occupancy limits adhered to.
Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits, requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Patrons will be encouraged by staff to leave quietly and respect the interests of the occupiers of any nearby noise sensitive premises.
Where appropriate the licensee or a suitable staff member will monitor patrons leaving at closing time.
Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties.
Windows will be closed if / when live music is being played.

The restrictions set out in the Licensing Act 2003 will apply.
No unusual or additional risks of harm to children have been identified.
No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by any persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/ Local Authority certification.
Person 14 -16 years of age must be accompanied on the premises at all times by a parent or guardian.
Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 21:00 hrs unless or attending a prebooked function with an adult.
There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to persons under 18 years.
The premises supervisor or appointed staff member shall ensure that when children are admitted to the premises their presence is not inconsistent with the style of operation of the premises at that time and the licensable activities that are being carried out.
Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff or through appropriate signage i.e. Challenge 21.
