There will be no adult entertainment, services or other activities on site giving concern to children. There will be no customers on site. Any alcohol purchased will be age verified by driver checking photo ID on delivery.
We will have a 2 step age verification process, first asking for date of birth when entering the website then the customer will need to show id to delivery driver to accept delivery. We will include educational material on our website about responsible drinking, the effects of alcohol and the importance of moderation.
We will verify the age of customers before delivery to ensure they are of legal age.
We will implement noise control measures during manufacturing to minimize disturbances to the surrounding community and will limit production machinery use to daytime hours. Our premises is on a large site so we will make sure that delivery drivers know how to access the site easily and not disrupt neighbours or traffic whilst searching for us.
We will clearly communicate policies regarding age-restricted products on our website and bottles, including warning labels and disclaimers. We will verify the age of customers before delivery to ensure they are of legal age. We will train staff to recognize and respond appropriately to any indications of potential sales to minors, including monitoring orders for suspicious patterns.
