Licence conditions (11)

1 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
(a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
All music activities shall be indoors only.
Staff shall be trained to the standards required by relevant legislation.
In the event a disc jockey is used on any night, he or she shall request customers leave the premises quietly.
An emergency lighting system shall be in place.
An effective emergency evacuation procedure shall be in place.
Proof of age shall be sought from any person appearing undr the age of 18 years attempting to purchase alcohol.
The volume of music or sound shall be controlled so that no unreasonable noise is discernible at the facade of or inside noise - sensitive premises at any time.
