Use of the outdoor seating shall cease at 20.00hrs. The premises shall discourage groups of people from congregating outside to prevent noise disturbance and anti-social behaviour. The premises shall have CCTV in operation. Any children in attendance at the premises shall be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carry a PASS logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. All staff employed at the premises will receive training every 6 months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol. Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing images of evidential quality in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all entrances and exits to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs and the public have access to. External cameras will cover the front of the premises and the outside seating area including any smoking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings shall be kept available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. There will be sufficient members of trained staff available to be able to download evidence with the minimum of delay. The Recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. CCTV WILL BE INSTALLED AND FULLY OPERATION
