Licence conditions (12)

Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound;
ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain;
Unaccompanied children are not permitted on the premises
No children are permitted on the premises after 19:00 hours
There will be a minimum of two staff on duty at any time during licensable hours
The amusement with prizes machine shall be positioned in view of staff working at the bar counter
On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided during the night hours (between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours) noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade/ boundary of nearby residential properties
Between 23:00 hours and the premises closing hours only smoking shall be permitted in the rear garden area..
No customers shall be permitted to take food, alcohol, drinks containers, bottles or glasses into the rear garden area between 23:00 hours and the premises closing hours.
A book or other form of record, a version of which must be in English, shall be kept in which shall be recorded the date, time and circumstances of a. any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. b. any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises. This book, or record, shall be kept on the premises at all times they are open and shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any police or community support officer or authorised person. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it and shall sign and date it immediately after the latest entry.
All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every 12 months thereafter on: a. the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Premises Licence; b. the prevention of unlawful sales of alcohol, and the likely consequence of making an unlawful sale, which shall include: c. the operation of the "Challenge 25" scheme; d. the types of acceptable ID; e. the method of recording challenges; f. refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk; and g. preventing proxy sales; and h. drug awareness Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall, on request, be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person immediately upon demand.
