Licence conditions (11)

Alcohol shall only be supplied to hotel residents and their bona fide guests for consumption between 23.00hrs and 07.00hrs. Any alcohol provided shall only be consumed within the hotel premises or in the hotel bedrooms.
Signs shall be clearly visible informing customers that a 'Challenge 21' policy is in place at the premises.
Notices shall be displayed at the exits of the premises reminding customers that they should leave the premises quietly and respect the local residential amenity.
All persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in areas where licensable activities take place.
CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed to by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of practice (2008 edition) produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered. This is also to include any exit doors, alleyways or any other areas use for the ejection of customers.
The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
CCTV shall be operational at all times that members of the public and/or staff are on the premises.
Images wil be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
The Police or Local Authority will have access to these images at any reasonable time and in any case within 48 hours of the request for the image being made.
All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and legislation relating to the sale of alcohol.
There shall be a 'Challenge 21' policy in place where anyone who attempts to purchase alcohol, and who appears to be under 21 years of age, shall be asked to provide photographic ID.
