Licence conditions (26)

General:-
OC17: The Premises Supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
24 hour CCTV shall be maintained on the outside and inside of the premises and tapes kept for a minimum of 7 days.
OC65: All panic buttons or other means of raising alarm that are linked to the Police, must be regularly tested, well maintained and kept in good working order.
OC66: Any monitored alarm system installed in the premises must be regularly tested, well maintained and kept in good working order.
OC67: The manager, DPS or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly, violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Public Safety:-
c.D2H21.1: Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment or material must be supplied and made available at all times where the premisesis open to the public, club members and guests or when staff are occupying the premises .
c.D2H22.1: In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area, in which the public or club members and guests are present, shall be fully operational at all times.
OC27: Safety appliances and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.
OC10: All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety.
Public Nuisance:-
OC28: Any amplified music shall be turned down to a low level at least 1 hour prior to the closure of the premises specified in the operating schedule (00.30 Mon - Thur; 01.30 Fri/Sat; 23.30 Sun) to allow for a 'Wind Down' period.
c.LPC3.1: The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:

c.D2H29.3: Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21.00 and 10.00.
c.LPC3.10: Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm:-
OC7: No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
OC68: No children or persons under the age of 18 years shall be allowed to sit or stand at the bar.
