Licence conditions (14)

1.Live and recorded music will not be played more than 3 times in any given year in the field area. 9 times in the marquee located on the rear patio area as delineated on the enclosed plans and of total number of 12 occasions no more that 5 will involve amplification including Public Address Systems.
2.Doors and windows will be kept closed after 23:00 hours save for access and egress.
3.The marquees will be sited in the field area grounds or on the rear patio on no more than 12 occasions a year and subject to the use of the beer garden/patio area will only be used in respect of pre-arranged/pre-booked events.
4.Sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment in the marquee located on the rear patio area will be provided from 10:00 hours until 23:00 hours.
5.Late night refreshment will be supplied in the marquee located on the rear patio area from 23:00 hours until 23:30 hours.
6.The marquee located on the rear patio area will close to the public at 23:30 hours.
7.The front beer garden will not be used after 23:00 hours.
8.On all occasions when entertainment is supplied the applicant will patrol the area to ensure no noise is escaping from the premises.
9.Monitored CCTV will be in operation both inside and outside the building.
10.There will be no admission or re-admission to the premises including the beer garden after 23:30 hours.
11.No Karaoke will be performed at the premises.
12.All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
13.Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 23:00 hours until 07:00 hours.
14.The licence shall not be of no effect until the premises have been completed in accordance with the approved plans, drawing number (s) 07/01/1/2R dated April 2007 ground floor and 07/01/1/3 dated January 2007 first floor, or as varied as required by any of the responsible authorities.
