MC1 - The supply of alcohol
MC0101 - Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:-
(a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
MC2 - Exhibition of films
MC0202 - Where -
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
In this section -
"children" means person aged under 18; and
The maximum number of persons seated in the audience during the performance shall be 164.
The premises shall not be opened or used for the purposes of public entertainment on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
