  1. Regulated entertainment only to take place in the area marked on the plan : The Club Lounge.
  2. At all other times outside of the authorised hours for regulated entertainment, background music will be played by way of radio or musical playlists such as Spotify.
  3. The prevention of crime and disorder
  4. CCTV is in operation in the car park area, and covering the swimming pool for security.
  5. The prevention of public nuisance
  6. All speakers will face inwards in the Club Lounge during music events.
  7. Noise readings will be taken on all event nights and records kept for inspection by the authorities if required.
  8. Signage will be in place to request customers leave the premises quietly and have consideration for local residents when doing so.
  9. Capacities will be no more than 80 people on any event night.
