Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The following non-standard timings shall apply in respect of the Licensable Activities applicable: i) Christmas Eve from 10.00 until 02.30 the following day; ii) Easter Bank, May Bank, Spring Bank and August Bank Holidays and Sundays of each weekend from 10.00 until 01.30 the following day; iii) New Years Eve from 10.00 until 00.30 on the 2nd January if falling on a Sunday to Thursday or until 01.30 on 2nd January if falling on Friday or Saturday. The following non-standard timimgs shall apply in respect of the Licensable Activities of Live Music and Recorded Music: Every Sunday from last day of April to last day of September from 14.00 to 18.30 (to front of Beer Garden). The Licence Holder may also provide and permit the consumption of late night refreshment for a period of 30 minutes after the permitted hours set out.
CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly time & date stamped. Recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered consequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Licensee or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above shall be displayed in conspicuous positions. The Music Noise Level, of any music (background or live) played externally at the premises, shall not exceed LAeq 10minute 65dB, measured at 1 metre from the facade of any noise sensitive premises. A recognised Proof of Age Policy shall be in operation. All doors and windows shall remain closed when entertainment is in progress, save for access. Signs shall be posted at all exits requesting customers to leave quietly in respect to local residents. There shall be a wind-down period 30 minutes prior to closing when music shall be reduced to a slower tempo. The Beer Garden and external areas shall be closed to customers at 23.00 each day except for Friday and Saturday when the closing time will be 24.00. Live Music shall cease one hour before closing. Sale of alcohol shall cease half an hour prior to closing. Persons under the age of 18 years of age shall be excluded from the premises on occasions which the Management deem appropriate and subject to the activities taking place. No persons under the age of 16 years shall be allowed on the premises after 22.00 and persons aged between 16 and 18 shall be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 years.
