Licence conditions (17)

Alcoholic drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers saved for consumption in external areas provided for that purpose.
No customers carrying opened bottles of alcoholic drink upon entry shall be admitted to premises at any time the premises are open to the public.
It is considered that for the nature of the operation door supervisors will not be required however, the Designated Premises Supervisor will undertake a risk assessment should unusual events takes place and it they consider it appropriate will employ the same.
Such person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the premises licence.
The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a) Internally cover the bar servery and main points of access and egress and externally provide general coverage of the terrace/patio areas. b) Be maintained fully operational and repairs to be undertaken within a reasonable period time. c) Make and retain clear images that include point of sale and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol. d) Show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a form that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
The original CCTV images or a copy shall be provided within 24 hours to any Police Officer, Community Support Officer or authorised person.
Whenever live music is played, all doors and window to be kept closed and all doors to be kept closed except access and egress.
Regulated entertainment to occur on only 12 occasions per calendar year.
External regulated entertainment to cease at 21:00 hours.
External late night refreshment shall be limited to beverages only.
Prominent and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits from the premises requesting the public to respect the needs of the local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
The doors and windows to the premises are to be double glazed.
Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter or remain at the premises after 22:00 hours unless resident, dining with an adult or attending a pre booked function.
There shall be no new admittance, other than for hotel accommodation guests, to the premises after 23:00 hours.
At least one month prior to the commencement of the use of the extended licence hours by hotel accommodation guests the premises licence holder shall submit a noise management plan to the Environmental Health Department.
There shall be no consumption of any food or drink in the outside areas of the premises between 24:00 hours and 07:00 hours on the day following. (Conditions 1 - 18 above were imposed by the Licensing Sub Committee on 24 September 2014)
