  3. Live Music:- Indoors only. Occasional provision of entertainment by way of live performer. To be used not more than twice a week with Bank Holidays in addition.
  4. Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Provision of background music via radio CD player or similar. Occasional use of karaoke machine and disco equipment. Provision of music after 23.00 not more than twice a week with Bank Holidays in addition.
  5. Provision of Facilities for Making Music:- Indoors only. Radio/CD player/similar for background music. Occasional use of karaoke and disco equipment.
  6. Provision of Facilities for Dancing:- Indoors only. Availability of small dance area for customers to dance when entertainment by live or recorded music available.

  9. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
  10. Installed intruder alarm with panic button behind bar in easy reach of staff. All public areas visible to staff. (decoy CCTV cameras). Staff trained to calm any heated episodes and watch for drug use or dealing.
  11. Public Safety:-
  12. Fire extinguishers and exit lights and signs. Staff trained to be vigilent. Empty glasses are collected regularly. Wide selection of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks available.
  13. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
  14. Staff aware of not serving customers who appear drunk. Garden area closely supervised. Rowdiness not tolerated.
  15. The Protection of Children from Harm:-
  16. Supervision of external areas to monitor conduct of children. Strict proof of age policy with photographic identification required.
