All outdoor regulated entertainment must cease by 11pm
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of these assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
The electrical installations shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an officer of the authority.
Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for public entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for use by customers.
The Flight Park will always operate within the law.
We will respect and consult with our neighbours, the local parish council on events.
The Flight Park will always work to an operating procedure and risk briefing for all the staff.
Any music played, amplified or un-amplified, will be at a low enough volume not to disturb neighbours.
The Flight Park will provide a tasteful and respectable environment for guests to enjoy food and drink with respect to each other, the staff and the neighbours.
The Flight Park will operate a “No Drugs “policy.
The Flight Park will strictly adhere to the licensing regulations.
The Flight Park will host private events and will manage access and safety for visitors.

The Flight Park has a daily log during events and all staff would be trained and expected to enter any relevant occasions or incidents that would benefit the safety of customers and staff.
Educate visitors about farm safety and boundaries.
Ensure children are supervised by parents or guardians.
Children will be not allowed at the bar serving area or in the kitchen.
Children will not be permitted to play around the farm buildings or vehicles.
Ensure correct parental controls are adhered to at all times.
CCTV is in operation in the parking and farm areas operated by the landowner.
People not permitted to drink beyond 10m from the door outside. This will be actively monitored and signage displayed.as marked on the attached plan.
Music played outside would be located as per the attached plan and have respectful volume.
