  1. Staff training needs to be recorded and those records kept on site for review on request from a responsible authority.
  2. Challenge 25 training shall be provided for all staff.
  3. CCTV shall be provided via a recordable system which retains forage for 30 days.
  4. An incident book shall be in operation.
  5. A refusal book shall be in operation.
  6. Risk Assessments shall be carried out on the campsite and any relevant measures put in place.
  7. Security cameras shall be installed on site with notices publicising their presence.
  8. There shall be strict age verification policies maintained in the shop for the supply of alcohol and any other products which may be age restricted.
  9. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the shop after 8pm.
  10. A staff member shall check the campsite each evening for any noise and disturbance which may affect guests.
  11. Non-family groups are not permitted.
