Committee members and senior club members are present whenever the club is open.
Committee members and senior club members will ensure that the four licensing objectives are implemented.
Monthly committee meetings take place where the objectives can be discussed and modified where necessary.
The prevention of crime and disorder
External CCTV is installed at the premises.
Internal CCTV will be installed.
Anyone appearing to be intoxicated will be refused drinks
Public safety
Fire extinguishers are provided and will be checked annually.
Smoke detectors are provided and will be checked annually.
Electrical equipment will be PAT tested annually.
Clear access will be maintained for ambulance access (necessary for our rugby matches already).
Plastic cups will be mandatory for anyone drinking outside of the clubhouse.

Several members of our committee and club have child safeguarding certificates and are DBS checked.
We have several first aiders (these are RFU requirements).
Any child attending our club will need to be supervised by an adult
Photo ID will be requested from anyone who appears to be underage
A telephone number will be provided to local residents to enable them to contact the club concerning any disturbance.
