Alcohol will be locked away in secure storage facilities.
Terms and Conditions will be given to Hirers.
A Covid-19 risk assessment will be produced and updated regularly accordingly, as per Government Guidance, and be presented to the Responsible Authority upon request.
A Challenge 25 policy will be in place, with signage placed at the bar area. Underage drinking will be dealt with immediately and raised with the hirer.
All staff to be trained with regards their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 Conditions agreed with Environmental Protection on 7 July 2020
A site specific noise management plan (NMP) to be written and submitted to Environmental Protection. The checks, controls and monitoring procedure to be used to monitor and control noise levels from all events.
The plan to be reviewed and updated on a regular basis and/or in the event of complaints from neighbouring residential properties.
Occupiers of neighbouring residential properties to be notified of the dates and times for all events.
Occupiers of neighbouring residential properties to be provided with a contact telephone or mobile number to allow disturbance to be reported and addressed during the event.
The contact number provided to be monitored and answered by a competent and responsible person during each event.
