The applicant will ensure that the premises are responsibly supervised at all times to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to promote the four licensing objectives.
The prevention of crime and disorder
The management and staff will at all times be aware of their responsibility for the prevention of crime and disorder on the premises and demonstrate a responsible attitude to the marketing and sale of alcohol.
Public Safety
Facilities for disabled customers have been incorporated within the design of the premises. Safety appliances and systems are regularly tested and re-certified.
The prevention of public nuisance
Live music of Jazz or similar will be restricted to a maximum of two occasions per week at the managements discretion. The collection and disposal of refuse is managed to minimise any disturbance to neighbours. Customer service is provided to contact local taxi companies.
The protection of children from harm
Only an accepted "proof of age" card or the "new type" driving licence with photograph is accepted as proof of age. No children under the age of 14 years will be permitted within the premises after 21:00 hours unless dining when accompanied by an adult or attending a private function.
