  1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied as otherwise than to persons taking table meals or a substantial snack there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.
  2. Suitable non-alcoholic beverages shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
  3. In the area marked as ‘Outside seating’ on the plans, all sales or supply of alcohol to persons using this area must cease by 2100.
  4. Under no circumstances will any crime or disorder be tolerated.
  5. Fire risk assessment completed.
  6. Fully insured.
  7. Staff fully trained in every aspect of public safety.
  8. No guests will be allowed to cause any upset to the occupants of property located near to the premises.
  9. Children are very welcome on the premises and it is entirely aimed towards families of all ages.
  10. Every aspect of safety has been considered.
