When the café is open outside normal shop hours, there shall be placed at all exits from the premises (in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. NOTE: This may also include reference to vehicles.
CCTV is provided on the premises (5 cameras within the premises and 4 outside the premises) and images will be retained for a 14 day period. These images will be made available to the police upon request.
A proof of age policy (such as Challenge 25) shall be implemented on the premises. No underage drinking shall be permitted on the premises. Age verification shall only be by a current passport, photo driving licence, forces ID cards or any card that carries a PASS logo.
No trip hazard shall be left in and around the premises.
It shall be ensured that no excessive noise or loud music is likely to cause public nuisance. The licensee shall ensure that no excessive noise or nuisance is caused by customers on and around the premises.
Children shall always be accompanied by adults after 18:00 hours.
