Licence conditions (19)

To run our event annually we are applying to keep ours a rolling licence for which we will present our event information and dates to the responsible Authorities four months prior to the event on the same weekend every year.
The accompanying Event Management Plan will outline in detail how the event will be managed.
The Event Plan will incorporate all of the Licensing Objectives.
We have employed, and will be working with, our security company to ensure crime and disorder is kept to a minimum and any signs of criminality or disorder will be dealt with immediately.
Security, stewards and event workers will all be in contact on radios or mobile phones at all times throughout the event which will provide very substantial ground coverage inside our premises at all times.
Public safety is very important to us as event organisers.
We will ensure that while patrons are on site our security company will be in attendance.
Our security company will have first aid qualified members working for them.
We will have first aid coverage throughout the full weekend while our gates are open.
The site is a no glass site so no harm should come through broken glass.
Body searches will be made at the entrance to ensure no glass or drugs are brought on site.
Our festival will issue wristbands of different colours to identify underage patrons.
We will also be applying a Challenge 25 policy.
Security will also be challenging anyone who has gained alcohol illegally (someone else buying them alcohol) ensuring we keep on top of our licensing objectives.
Security will reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who turns up at the entrance under the influence.
A no drugs policy will be strict throughout the festival site for the full weekend so searches will take place before the festival goer enters the site.
We have submitted a child protection policy which will be implemented.
Children will be issued with contact wristbands at the entrance (the adult will put a contact number on a blank wristband so if a child is found alone our security can contact the adult).
It will be made clear on the website that any child brought onto site will need to be with a responsible adult at all times.
