  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. General - Prevention of crime and disorder
  3. CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
  4. The premises has a building alarm system, and this will be maintained. The premises will also be locked when not in use. Public safety - Prevention of public nuisance - Protection of children from harm
  5. Customers must confirm that they are over 18 years of age when visiting our website and placing an order.
  6. The couriers we use (predominantly DHL & DPD) are required to check ID when delivering items. If the customer is not able to provide a recognised form of photographic ID to the person making the delivery, then the alcohol will be returned to the premises.
