General Conditions Alcohol will only be sold or supplied to persons staying overnight at the Orchard Campsite. The licensee will ensure public liability insurance is maintained. The licensee will ensure all staff serving alcohol receives training in relation to licensing laws and the need to ID under 21’s. Prevention of Crime and Disorder No heavy discounting of alcohol or promotions. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available. Staff will be trained in licensing law. Public Safety Walls and ceilings have been boarded out with 30 minute fire resistant board and the building has linked smoke detectors with external repeater. Prevention of Public Nuisance The licensee will ensure that no deliveries or collections are made outside shop hours. Protection of children from harm The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 21 years of age to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
