Licence conditions (20)

A written drugs policy will be provided by the premises licence holder and agreed with Kent Police, this policy will be adhered to at all times.
Clear signage will be displayed at the premises outlining that drug use will not be permitted within the premises.
Police will be notified as soon as practicable of any drugs found within the premises whether they can be associated with an individual or not.
Any persons found to be in posession of, or connected in anyway, to the use or supply of drugs within the premises will be immediately banned for a period of time, no less than six months or up to a permanent exclusion.
A log will be kept of all persons banned from the premises, for any reason. The log will record person details, date and details of the incident leading to the ban, length of ban and date implemented. Log will be made available to police upon request.
Incident book will be maintained at the premises and used to record details of date, time and circumstances of all incidents occuring whether police were called or not. If police are called then a record of police incident number must be noted.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
For the final hour of opening the music is reduced in volume and is discernibly quieter.
Music levels to be agreed between management and the Environmental Protection Team and then monitored by management.
Beer garden to be cleared of patrons by 21:30 hour
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles must not occur between 20:00 and 08:00 hours.
No regulated entertainment shall occur until a suitable noise limiter has been installed and set at a level agreed with Sevenoaks District Council's Environmental Health Team. This level may be varied at any time if deemed necessary by the Council.
Windows to be double glazed before any live entertainment can take place. The windows and their frames shall be well sealed and shall not incorporate vents or trickle vents.
Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
All alcohol will be served in toughened glasses.
No public admission or readmission to the premises after 23:00 hours.
CCTV will be installed and working to the satisfaction of the police.
Any irresponsible drinks related promotions are not permitted.
A person holding a personal licence will be on the premises during all times alcohol is being served or regulated entertainment provided.
