The following three conditions relate to sections E, F, H and J:
Live and amplified music should not be played so as to give rise to nuisance to neighbours.
Live music should be limited to once in any 7 day period.
Recorded music should be limited to once in any 7 day period.
The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events. If there is not a satisfactory response then the resident should contact Environmental Protection.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 22:00 hours and 08:00 hours.
