The licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machine and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.

Live musical entertainment (including karaoke) will cease at least 30 minutes before the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and there shall be no new entry after 23.00 hours (applicable to standard timings only).
The DPS and staff will regularly monitor noise levels at the boundaries of the premises from 21.00 hours when regulated entertainment is taking place to ensure acceptable noise levels are maintained.
Notices will be placed on noise retaining doors and windows to the effect that they must be kept closed from 21.00 hours when regulated entertainment is taking place, except for access and egress.
The rear retaining doors and windows adjacent to the pool table will be kept closed whenever regulated entertainment is taking place.
Patrons will be asked by staff to leave the premises and the area quietly and without causing disturbance in the neighbourhood, with notices to this effect posted in prominent areas.
Customers to be prevented from taking drinks outside after 22.30 hours and be encouraged to limit the time spent smoking in the garden.
