Licence conditions (12)

Challenge 25 will operate throughout the site. During events where alcohol is being sold for consumption, a Personal Licence Holder shall be present. In addition, any staff members involved in the retail of alcohol shall have training on alcohol sales and the law prior to the commencement of work in this area.
Any persons who appear to be drunk or aggressive will not be allowed on the premises or present at events.
CCTV system will be maintained and in operation at all times. When a licensed event is taking place CCTV cameras will be deployed in such a way as to provide full coverage of all of the public entry/exit points. Footage will be kept for a minimum of 31 days and will be made available to any Police Officer or Authorised Officer upon reasonable request. A staff member who is fully conversant with the system will be on duty at all times where the CCTV is required to be recording.
An incident book and refusals register shall be kept together and maintained for all licensed events. At times other than these events, the registers shall be kept securely, and, in any case, they shall be made available to Police Officers or Authorised Officers upon reasonable request.
No open alcohol containers will be allowed to leave the event. All bars will use plastic glasses, if a purchase is made which comes in a bottle it will be decanted into a plastic glass except if it was a purchase from an exhibitor to take home.
All alcohol purchased for consumption within the licensable area. Where alcohol is purchased for consumption at a place other than inside the licenced area, it shall not be opened, and the seller shall ensure that the customer is aware of their obligation not to drink it on site.
A register containing the name and number of all staff on duty shall be kept together and maintained for all licensed events. At times other than these events, the registers shall be kept securely, and, in any case, they shall be made available to Police Officers or Authorised Officers upon reasonable request.
Noise monitoring to take place at the event by our onsite sound engineer.

Staff and exhibitors will all have a personal licence holder present at all times to ensure compliance with the law in relation to the consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years of age, including prevention of adults buying alcohol for children.
Anyone acting inappropriately will be removed from the premises and could in certain circumstance be reported to the police.
All children will be issued with a wristband with their guardian's telephone number on it in case of separation
