Licence conditions (11)

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The Premises Licence Holder and the Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that the premises are equipped with a digital closed circuit television system in consultation with Hertfordshire Constabulary. All entry and exit points will be covered to enable frontal identification of every person entering the premises in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer throughout the preceding 31 day period. A staff member from the premises who is knowledgeable with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public. This staff member must be able to show a Police or authorised office recent data or footage with absolute minimum of delay when requested.
2. The designated premises supervisor or a nominated senior member of staff must be present at events at all times
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Staff shall monitor noise and ensure that it is not audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises when the premises are providing regulated entertainment in the form of live or recorded music.
2. The school will display notices at the exits during events to remind attendees to leave quietly.
3. No more than 3 events beyond 23:30 with outdoor live music.
4. In addition no more than 3 events beyond 23:30 with outdoor recorded music.
5. The maximum number of attendees at an event will be 250.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. No alcohol sales during the school day.
