Public Safety:
· As advised by the Fire Authority, the maximum permissible number of persons that may be present within the area indicated as used for licensable activities at one time must not exceed 180 to be broken down as follows: 60 allowed in the bar area and 120 allowed in the Lounge Bar or, if the Lounge is divided by folding doors, 60 allowed in the larger Lounge area and 36 allowed in the smaller Lounge area.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
· No more than two live performances in any one week.
· No karaoke or discos.
· Live music to end by 23.00
· All doors and windows to be kept closed during live performances except for ingress and egress.
· All windows and doors at other times to be closed by 23.20.
· Suitable and conspicuous notices to be displayed at all entrances reminding patrons to leave quietly as it is residential area.
· The bar staff to also remind patrons it is a residential area and leave quietly.
· Signage to encourage customers to obtain taxis through the bar staff.
The Protection of Children from Harm:
· No unaccompanied children to be allowed on the premises.
· Accompanied children to be allowed in the non-smoking area of the lounge.
· When accompanied children are dining, the folding doors are to be closed between the smoking and non-smoking areas of the lounge.
· All children to be off the premises by 21.00
