Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
Live music:
1. Performance of live music will take place indoors.
Hours premises are open to the public:
1. The premises will not open beyond the restriction imposed by the planning permissions.
General - all 4 licensing objectives:
1. The licence holder will train staff to the standards required by relevant legislation.
The prevention of crime and disorder:
1. The licence holder will liaise with the local licensing police as and when required.
2. There shall not be any discounts on drinks prices offered which might encourage binge drinking.
3. The staff will be fully conversant with the legal prohibitions on selling alcohol to minors and those who have already consumed too much alcohol.
4. The premises shall operate as a restaurant.
Public safety:
1. There shall be a fire certificate.
2. There shall be a maintained emergency lighting system.
3. There shall be an effective fire evacuation procedure.
4. All staff are trained in relation to all safety issues.
5. There shall be at least one member of staff who is trained in first aid.
The prevention of public nuisance:
1. Where appropriate, windows and doors will be kept closed to prevent noise escape.
2. Notices shall be displayed to encourage customers to leave quietly and have respect for those who live in the area.
