. Signs shall be displayed throughout the premises indicating ¿ zero tolerance¿ in respect of drugs;
Staff will, in accordance with a prepared rota, make regular checks of the premises toilets, garden and exterior. Such checks shall be recorded on the rota;
Signs shall be displayed at exit doors of the premises and in the forecourt requesting customers to ¿leave quietly¿;
Signs shall be displayed in the windows of the premises stating ¿ We operate a over 21¿s Policy¿
The Licence holder will join, and remain a member of, the Bexley Town Safe (or replacement) local pub watch scheme in operation in the area of the premises;
Persons under 16 years of age shall not be permitted in the premises after 21:00 hours, other than to access the premises toilets when they must be supervised by an adult;
Where music is played at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day) noise from the music shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential premises;
Customers shall be prohibited from using the rear garden after 23:00 hours.
The Licence holder will distribute to local residents and make available on request details of his mobile phone number for use by residents in reporting instances of noise nuisance, parking or other difficulties arising from the use of the premises or caused by customers of the premises.
