Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
LA03, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
Late night refreshment:· Will take place indoors. Supply of alcohol:· For consumption on the premisesGeneral - all 4 licensing objectives:· To ensure that the laws regarding the sale of alcohol are strictly adhered to i.e. the sale of alcohol and tobacco products is restricted to over 18s. · Operate within current planning restrictions. The prevention of crime and disorder:· Staff are constantly alert to criminal activity. · ID is requested of anyone suspected of being underage regarding the sale of alcohol/tobacco products. Public safety:· All aisles are clean and clear of encumbrance. · Health and Safety and Fire Regulations are adhered to. · Fire and First Aid equipment are in place.· We are aware of the dangers of overcrowding and do not allow it. The prevention of public nuisance:· We do not allow groups of people to congregate outside the premises.· We refuse the sale of alcohol to obviously inebriated people. · Customers who leave late are asked to do so in an orderly and quiet manner. The protection of children from harm:· We ensure that young children are accompanied whilst on the premises and that they are not allowed to roam freely.
Planning ref 5/94/0514 (3): The hours of opening of the premises shall be restricted to between 08.00 hours and 23.00 hours on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and to between 09.00 hours and 15.00 hours on Sundays. No customer shall be admitted to the premises after 23.00 hours on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive or after 15.00 hours on Sundays and any customers remaining on the premises after those hours shall leave the premises not later than 23.30 hours on Mondays to Saturday inclusive and not later than 15.30 hours on Sundays.
