Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
A personal licence holder will be at the premises at all times when alcohol is being sold.
Pizzeria’s main serving objective is food. Prevention of crime and disorder
An indoor CCTV camera system will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
There will be a capacity limit depending on the number of tables to avoid crowding. Public safety
Fire safety products inc. alarms and firefighting equipment shall be regularly serviced and maintained.
In the absence of adequate daylight suitable and sufficient artificial lighting will be provided and maintained in any area accessible to the public as well as emergency lights.
The premises will have current and suitable public liability insurance.
There will be a Policy of ‘safe management policy’ and this will be based on strict customer attendance numbers. Prevention of public nuisance As requested on original application and therefore, Section 177A of the Licensing Act 2003 does not apply to the following condition (1):
There will not be live music or loud music played in the Pizzeria.
There is no outside consumption area for food or alcohol.
There will not be children’s inflatable play equipment in use inside or outside the premises.
All external lighting is directed away from adjacent occupiers. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be under 25 years of age.
The premises shall operate a non-smoking policy in the entirety of the Pizzeria.
There will be no adult entertainment at the premises.
