  2. General Conditions
  3. The premises will be open exclusively for the use of guests of the Sibton Estate holiday properties and will not be open to the general public. Management will have full details of guests and will be aware of which properties the guests are staying in. Crime and Disorder
  4. There will be a clear and legible notice within the premses indicating the normal hours under the terms of the premises licence during which licensable activities are permitted.
  5. There will be no sales of alcohol to drunk or intoxicated customers.
  6. Staff will be well trained in asking customers to use the premises in an orderly and respectful manner and to prevent drinking alcohol at the premises.
  7. Staff training records will be kept on site and will be made available to a police officer or officer of the licensing authority upon request. Public Safety There will be internal and external lighting to aid the safety of customers. Prevention of Public Nuisance Protection of children from Harm The premises will operate a 'Challenge 25' policy. Customers who look under the age of 25 will be asked to prove that they are aged 18 or over. Staff will be trained to recognise acceptable and genuine forms of identification (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving licence or a passport)
