- All staff will receive training so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives
- Records of all staff training will be maintained and kept on site. These will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority and a police officer. Prevention of crime and disorder
- There will be a refusals log book detailing whenever a sale of alcohol is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18 years. This log will be kept on the premises and will be made available to authorities on request.
- The Licence Holder will ensure that an age check will be made on all online sales using an Age Verify application on the website.
- For deliveries of alcohol, no supply may take place at the point of delivery if the person receiving the order appears to be under 18 years of age unless a recognised form of photographic ID is produced to the person making the delivery.
