Clear 'Challenge 25' information to be displayed and available to prevent the sale of alcohol to under-age drinkers. Reasonable exercise of requests for suspected under age purchasers of alcohol to provide appropriate ID.
Location of CCTV cameras based on consultation with the police.
An incident log will be kept and maintained.
Adequate and appropriate internal and external lighting will be provided.
Prominent notices will be displayed at the main exit requesting members and guests to leave the premises quietly and not to disturb nearby residents.
Deliveries will be carried out at such times and in such a manner as not to disturb nearby residents.
