Licence conditions (12)
  1. Zero tolerance drugs policy with appropriate signage.
  2. Clear 'Challenge 25' information to be displayed and available to prevent the sale of alcohol to under-age drinkers. Reasonable exercise of requests for suspected under age purchasers of alcohol to provide appropriate ID.
  3. Location of CCTV cameras based on consultation with the police.
  4. An incident log will be kept and maintained.
  5. Adequate and appropriate internal and external lighting will be provided.
  6. Prominent notices will be displayed at the main exit requesting members and guests to leave the premises quietly and not to disturb nearby residents.
  7. Deliveries will be carried out at such times and in such a manner as not to disturb nearby residents.
  8. All staff will be instructed not to cause any disturbance to residents.
  9. All windows and external doors will be kept closed as is reasonably practical.
  10. Litter clear up regularly.
  11. All doors and windows should be closed during the playing of live and recorded music (other than for access and egress).
  12. The DPS or manager on site will regularly assess noise levels outside of the premises throughout the evening to ensure that noise levels are not becoming excessive.
